Frogman -- A frogman swimming under water recently at the Amphibious School, Royal Marines, Fort Cumberland, Hampshire, England. These Frogmen, used extensively during the war to damage enemy shipping, were recently used in the search for the child believed to be drowned in a canal. Notice the paddles on the feet, from which the frogmen derive their name, and with which they are able to produce extremely fast swimming on and under the water. February 02, 1950.
