Reichstag fire: Marinus van der Lubbe is in the dock

Dutch Marinus van der Lubbe (3rd of left) on an undated picture in the dock during the process on the occasion of the Reichstag fire in Berlin, which started on the 20th of September in 1933. 24-year-old Dutch and anarchist Marinus van der Lubbe was arrested near the burning Reichstag in the night of the 27th of February in 1933, having a torch and a Communist Party member book with him. A persecution of Communist and opponents on the domestic front started. Van der Lubbe was sentenced to death because of high treason and was beheaded on the 10th of January in 1934. 30/11/1932
