Ecthyma gangrenosum, and infection caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa , staph infection invading into the superficial dermis, in this case the earlobe. With this condition, ulcers form on the skin due to bacteria such as Streptococcus pyogenes, Pseudomonas and Staphylococcus aureus.
