Casebearer Moth Larva

The household casebearer, Phereoeca uterella, is a species of moth belonging to the family Tineidae. It is also known as the plaster bagworm. Silk appears to be the larva's main food source, both from spiders and from discarded cases from the same species. They do not eat cotton but readily eat wool.
