Roman bronze pyxis of type as M.W.5 (from the Wychense plain), but of a smaller size and execution. Probably from the same studio. The handle with eyelets and attaches is missing, as is the lid closure. Made possible in a studio in the Maasvallei. The jar is decorated with women's cups, including garlands in high relief, interspersed with objects. Greenish patina. Rust spots on lid and rim, potty, bath oil jar, metal, bronze, height: 7 cm, roman 100-200 AD, Netherlands, Limburg, Heerlen, Welten.
