Mrs. Rebecca Hey was a Victorian writer, poet and artist who wrote "Spirit of the Woods" 1837 and "Recollections of the Lakes" 1841. William Clark was former draughtsman to the London Horticultural Society and illustrated many botanical books in the 1820s and 1830s.
