C.N. Yang and Tsung-Dao Lee

Chen Ning Yang (born 1922) of Priceton University and Tsung-Dao Lee (born 1926) of Columbia University, whose work disproving the conservation of parity principle won them the 1957 Nobel Prize in Physics. Lee was the youngest American to win that prize. They are both Chinese-born American physicists.
