The lock has a brass body with iron lock mechanism, trigger, rooster, pan lid and tail bolt with wing nut. The upper lip of the rooster is missing. The lock is mounted with the tail bolt through the highest jewelry band on the right side of the zundgat. The pan is long and the pan lid is divided into two parts, the long brass part extending all the way up to the sun hole., Rijkswerf Vlissingen, c. 1801 and/or 1820, brass (alloy), iron (metal), wood (plant material), rope, h 22.3 cm × w 49 cm × d 40.2 cm.
