Neferneferuaten Nefertiti (c. 1370 - c. 1330 BC), Egyptian queen and the Great Royal Wife (chief consort) of Akhenaten. The Nefertiti Bust is a painted stucco-coated limestone bust, believed to have been crafted in 1345 B.C. by the sculptor Thutmose. A German archaeological team led by Ludwig Borchardt discovered the bust in 1912 in Thutmose's workshop.
