Statue of Sir George Cooke (17681837), was a major general during the Battle of Waterloo, commanding the 1st Division, under overall command of the Prince of Orange. Sculptured by Sir Henry Cheere, 1st Baronet (1703 1781) was a renowned English sculptor and monumental mason of the eighteenth century. Dated 18th Century.
