Orig. bildtext... NEW 30 M.P.H. ALL-ELECTRIC CAR. The Wilson-Electric town coupe, built by partridge, Wilson & Co. of Leicester, is now being demonstrated in London. It is an all-electric car, and has no clutch or gears to manipulate, no lubrication, cooling or ignition system to keep in order. It consists of a steel chassis, a battery, a totally enclosed motor, a controller box, hand and foot brakes and steering gear. The car has a top speed of 30 to 35 m.p.h., and it's therefore impossible to break the new 30 miles an hour speed limit, which came into force today. O.P.S.
