'Sir Robert Peel Bart.', c1820, (c1884). Sir Robert Peel, 2nd Baronet (1788-1850) British industrialist and Conservative, educated at Christ Church, Oxford. Founded the Metropolitian Police Service, served twice as Prime Minister and Home Secretary during the reign of Queen Victoria.
