3.0T SPACE transverse axial 2mm MRI of 30 year old female with multiple sclerosis. Images reveal multiple foci of demyelinating disease throughout the periventricular and deep white matter. Lesions oriented perpendicular to ventricular system are typical of Dawson's fingers seen with MS.
