25th April Bridge over the River Tagus, Lisbon, Portugal. The Ponte 25 Abril is the largest suspension bridge in Europe, and is 2.3 kilometre long. It was completed in 1966. Originally called the Salazar Bridge, it was renamed to commemorate the day of the 1974 Portuguese Revolution.
